When dealt a Soft 17 the Dealer will Hit his hand. The game is a hole card game so there will be peeking by the dealer. In regards to Doubling Down a Player may do this when they have a 9 to 11 hand and a player may not Double Down after a Split.
Players cannot Re-split a standard hand or a Pair of Aces. Players may not Hit Split Aces and No Surrender option is offered.
